If you reside or work in the OCM BOCES component district area you may wish to have us evaluate your application. Applications and materials that have been evaluated and submitted by Regional Certification Offices are given priority.

The Regional Certification office is authorized to evaluate an applicant's credentials. Applicants interested in obtaining NYS certification must submit an electronic application, official/original transcripts, and supporting documents. The process must be completed online. The certification areas that can not be evaluated through the Regional Certification office include ESOL, Interstate Reciprocity, Bilingual, Occupational Education, SDA, certificates for persons with foreign credentials or those who are not citizens of the U.S. However, you may ask this office to forward all materials to the State Education Department.
